International liability notice

IDEAS for SUCCESS operates exclusively within the framework of the exterritorial humanitarian purpose enterprise LJUSVÄKTARE.

Any national law that contradicts the Geneva Conventions of 1949 shall not apply to IDEAS for SUCCESS.

International scope of responsibility

This imprint applies to all activities, services, publications and digital operations of IDEAS for SUCCESS, carried out as part of the:

Exterritorial humanitarian purpose enterprise LJUSVÄKTARE,
registered under the mandate of the

Arbitral Tribunal according to the Geneva Conventions of 1949.

Public international law foundations

The legal foundation derives explicitly from:

– Article 1
– Article 3
– Article 4
– Article 132
– Article 149

of the Fourth Geneva Convention of 1949.

Exterritorial status

IDEAS for SUCCESS is not subject to the jurisdiction of Sweden or any other state.

All activities are conducted within the framework of the international humanitarian mandate of the exterritorial humanitarian purpose enterprise LJUSVÄKTARE.

No national authority has jurisdiction where such jurisdiction would contradict the Geneva Conventions of 1949 or interfere with their protective mandate.

VAT status – Zero percent (0% VAT)

Zero percent VAT – exterritorial purpose enterprise status

Since IDEAS for SUCCESS operates under the exterritorial purpose enterprise LJUSVÄKTARE:

– All invoices are issued with 0% VAT
– No national or supranational VAT system applies
– No reverse-charge mechanism applies
– There is no obligation to declare, remit or reclaim VAT

Mandatory invoice wording

“Internationally protected entity under the Geneva Conventions of 1949 – Exterritorial purpose enterprise”

“In accordance with Articles 1, 63, 142 and 149 of the Fourth Geneva Convention of 1949, humanitarian purpose enterprises are exempt from taxation. The imposition of taxes or duties would interfere with the protected mandate of this entity and is therefore inadmissible under international law.”

Validity of communications

A communication shall produce legal effect only if:

1. it is transmitted via electronic mail (email), and

2. it is additionally delivered by registered mail with physical return receipt.

Both steps are mandatory and correspond to the procedural framework derived from the Geneva Conventions of 1949.

Exclusive jurisdiction

All matters relating to IDEAS for SUCCESS and the purpose enterprise LJUSVÄKTARE fall exclusively under the jurisdiction of the:

Arbitral Tribunal according to the Geneva Conventions of 1949

International and exterritorial jurisdiction.

This jurisdiction exists outside state territory.
Its authority derives solely from the international obligations of the Geneva Conventions of 1949.

No national court has jurisdiction where such jurisdiction would interfere with the humanitarian mandate established under the Geneva Conventions.
